Introduction

You can rent a car in Montenegro in Budva and Tivat and you can rent it in any city in Montenegro, including: Petrovac, Becici, Rafailovići, Sveti Stefan, Przno, Bar, Kotor, Risan, Lepetane, Podgorica and others.

All cars are air conditioned. At your request we will provide delivery and pick up of the vehicle. No deposit is required to rent a car, all vehicles are Casco insured, you have to follow the traffic rules in Montenegro and beyond.

How to take and view a car?

Show the passport to the manager and driving license. The manager will wait for you to exit the airport or hotel with your name and surname board.
Inspect the car; enter the comment, if any. If you want to take a photo of a rented vehicle.
Clearly indicate all the services you need when renting the selected vehicle (driver, border crossing …).

Note

In the case of non-compliance with the prescribed traffic rules and the consumption of alcohol while driving, you are obliged to pay the appropriate penalty prescribed by law, and in the event of damage to the vehicle, you must bear the appropriate costs.

General Conditions

The minimum length of the lease is 24 h,
The fuel is not included in the price and the user is obliged to return the existing fuel status,

Parking and traffic fines are the responsibility of clients,
The rented vehicle can only be operated by the person who signed the rental contract,
Crossing the border is possible with the permission of the agent,
For the loss of documents and keys we charge fees of 500 euros,
Vehicles are picked up washed and cleaned, and they must be returned in the same condition. Otherwise, 10 euros cleaning fee will be charged.

Payment terms

To confirm your booking, we require a €100 reservation fee. This fee guarantees your vehicle will be ready for you and is fully deducted from the total rental cost. The remaining balance is paid at pickup. Simple, secure, and stress-free.
The payment card will be debited in the currency shown on the proposal – issued invoice.
In case that credit card could not be charged, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.
VAT is included in the price,

Payment security

In accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (“PCI DSS”), merchants are allowed to receive, store and forward sensitive card data only if they are the holders of a certificate of compliance with the prescribed standards. PCI DSS is a set of rules and guidelines defined by the global PCI DSS Council, which consists of all relevant card organizations.

Your personal data, as well as your payment card data, are fully protected. Data transfer takes place on a protected server.

Cancellation and refund policy

During the booking process, a €100 reservation fee is charged from your credit card. This reservation fee is non-refundable.

Privacy policy

We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information. Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.

Governing law

These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Montenegro, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Montenegro.
